Whole Wheat Bread
Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients:
- 4 cups (total 520g) Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 10-11g Instant Yeast (~1 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups (total 480ml) Warm Water (~ 40-45°C)
Instructions:
- Add the whole wheat flour to a mixing bowl with the instant yeast and salt. Then mix them well together.
- Dissolve the honey in the warm water and add to the dry mixture.
- Mix them gently until getting a sticky well combined dough.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl.
- Cover and leave it to rise for 20 mins.
- While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Let the dough to rise for about 20 mins until risen, transfer it to the loaf pan and bake it in the oven for 40 mins.
- After baking, take the bread out of the oven and let it cool for 3 mins.
- Unmold the bread.
