Whole Wheat Bread Yield: 16   servings Estimated Preparation Time: 30 mins Estimated Cook Time: 40 mins Estimated Total Time: 70 mins Ingredients: 4 cups (total 520g)  Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 tablespoon Salt 10-11g Instant Yeast (~1 tablespoon) 2 tablespoon honey 2 cups (total 480ml) Warm Water (~ 40-45°C) Instructions:  Add the whole wheat flour to a mixing bowl with the instant yeast and salt. Then mix   them well together.  Dissolve the honey in the warm water and add to the dry mixture.  Mix them gently until getting a sticky well combined dough.  Transfer the dough to a bowl.  Cover and leave it to rise for 20 mins.  While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).  Let the dough to rise for about 20 mins until risen, transfer it to the loaf pan and bake it in the oven for 40 mins.  After baking, take the bread out of the oven and let it cool for 3 mins.  Unmol...
